Jenni "JWoww" Farley has finally gotten her fairytale ending when her longtime beau Roger Mathews got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage – and the ring designer tells Celebuzz the pretty sparkler cost a pretty penny. "A comparable ring costs $100,000," revealed designer Layna Friedman, but she kept mum on exactly how much the Jersey Shore star's hubby-to-be spent on the bauble. How did Roger design the ring? "I think of Jenni as a modern day princess, so this is her princess ring," Friedman added. Mathews chose a cushion cut 5-carat pink diamond surrounded by brilliant cut white and pink diamonds for a grand total of more than 7.5 carats. According to Friedman, Mathews, 37, was very involved in not only picking the stones, but designing the ring — a process which took several months of undercover planning and traveling. And there was one color that had to be included for the big moment to be perfect. see how jwoww and roger fell in love in a photo timeline 12 Photos » "He wanted to be sure there were pink diamonds because Jenni loves pink!"
