Lucy Hale recently took some time off from dodging "A" to spread a little holiday cheer! The
Pretty Little Liars star paid a visit to P.S. 64 in New York City on Nov. 20 to help kick off Duracell's Power Holiday Smiles program to benefit Toys for Tots.
Lucy, 23, drove the kids wild when she presented them with roughly 150 battery-operated toys. Duracell's program "aims to power 500,000 smiles for families in need with the help of consumers." "I'm honored to be the voice of [this program]" Lucy told
HollywoodLife.com at the event, before explaining how the sweepstakes works. "You just log into Facebook to enter the sweepstakes, and for each entry, Duracell will donate one battery for the toys they're already giving away. It kicks off Thanksgiving day, and each hour of every day, they're giving out a toy to one of the sweepstakes winners."
