Kelsey Grammer's parenting skills have come under fire yet again after he was spotted with his wife Katye Walsh and their baby Faith, 4 months, speeding off into an SUV on the highway without a car seat for their little girl! Kelsey and Kayte arrived at LAX on Nov. 27 with their baby girl, and packed into the waiting SUV to drive them home. As Kayte was getting into the car, she noticed there wasn't a car seat -- but got in anyway. Then, the car sped off with Faith still cradled against mom's chest -- clear violation of California state law. Kelsey's rep told TMZ there was a car seat inside the vehicle, but there was no evidence of one in the video taken by TMZ. But he's not the first celebrity parent to ride around with his kid unstrapped -- Britney Spears was criticized in 2006 for driving around with baby Sean Preston, who was 5 months at the time, on her lap in the driver's seat.
