Jason is married to his high school sweetheart,
Jessica Ussery -- they were married in 2001 and they have 2 kids together. Jason released a statement after the photos were released by TMZ. He said, "The truth is that I screwed up. I had too much to drink, let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately at a bar. I ultimately ended up embarrassing my family and myself. I left alone and that's the end of the story."
