The custody battle between Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster may be over, but the feuding remains.
In the wake of this singer earning primary custody over the former couple's two children, Usher has come out swinging against attacks from Foster, while Tameka has defended herself as a non-gold digger.
And now Usher is issuing a new statement to his ex: GET OUT!
Sources confirm to TMZ that the artist is putting his $3 million Georgia mansion on the market, the same residence where Foster has been crashing since 2009.
According to the pair's divorce documents, Usher is permitted to rid himself of the home as long as he gives Tameka 60 days notice.
Foster is anything but happy over the development, considering her lack of income, but Usher has a simple response to that complaint:
It's been over three years. Shape up, and then ship out.
